Tchoup Shop for their brisket and gravy<br \/>\n3. East Village Meat Market for their ham cured brisket<\/p>\n<p>Best Most Innovative Brisket<br \/>\n1. Mokbar for their nori taco with pulled brisket sweet brown rice and cucumber kimchi<br \/>\n2.
